Information Preparation for Submission

Each item of information submitted for consideration needs to be in compatible formats and below 2Mb (images) in size ,with a limit of 5 items per submission. If you have just a few more items, please just repeat the process with the other items.

However, if you have a large number of items or very large file sizes, please contact us using the Oversize Item Form below and we will contact you to make appropriate arrangements.

Written information can be provided in Microsoft Word, Apple Pages or Plain Text formats i.e. .doc, .docx, .pages, .rft, .txt , but not pdf as we need a format that allows us to edit and transfer to the website.

Images should be in jpeg, jpg format, with a width of 800 pixels and ideally compressed to reduce the file size. You can also download copies of these guides from our Downloads area.

Lists can be provided in spreadsheet, csv or Word/Pages format.
